But, and it is a big but, hypnosis alone is not enough. It takes a combination of behavior modification and understanding to achieve a permanent healthy eating pattern. It may be important to understand WHY you are eating when you are not hungry, and upon this discovery through Hypnosis, you can begin to change that behavior.
